This thing hardly vibrates at all even on high. Can't use while having sex with my wife because it easily falls out, have to hold it in while masturbating. Plastic smells horrible! Absolutely no testicle stimulation. If it had intense vibration it would be worth it, but it fails to deliver. Waste of money.

It worked pretty good on the prostate but not much vibrating/feeling around the testicles but all in all if your man likes anal play this is a great starter toy and is just small enough to not be uncomfortable but big enough to please!!!!!!!

This is my favorite item from my toy box ... and with its compact size, it makes the perfect companion when I travel for work.
